We do not guarantee specific outcomes from consultations or from applying any suggestions discussed during a session.

Our consultation services are provided individually and may be offered in person or remotely, depending on mutual agreement. The scope, format, duration, and any applicable fees are agreed with you before a paid consultation begins.

Initial contact through our website contact form or by email is free of charge. Any fees, payment terms, and cancellation conditions applicable to paid consultations will be communicated clearly in writing before you are bound by a purchase agreement, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki).

Prices displayed in any future promotional materials will include applicable Finnish VAT where required by law.

6. Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Finnish consumer protection legislation, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) and related EU consumer directives.

For distance contracts (including online bookings), you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you request that a consultation begin before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided if you subsequently withdraw.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision to online@vitalpurificatio.world before the withdrawal period expires. We will refund any payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
